The Indian Primary Copper Association (IPCPA) has spearheaded the proliferation of the Indian Copper Industry since 1996. As an eminent consortium of all Indian copper smelting businesses, IPCPA has established robust partnerships with the Government of India and prominent industry associations. These alliances stand as a testament to our commitment to driving the advancement and self-sufficiency of the copper sector.

Hindustan Copper Ltd., Vedanta (Sterlite Copper Ltd.), Hindalco (Birla Copper Ltd.), and Adani (Kutch Copper Ltd.), all of India’s biggest copper producers stand shoulder to shoulder in a shared mission. Collaboratively, we strive to establish and uphold industry benchmarks while providing insights into the breakthroughs that shape the landscape of the copper sector.

Through our collective endeavours, India has emerged as a prominent global powerhouse in the copper industry - a feat that fills us with immense pride.
